To any of my art history students who are checking out this page for revision tonight. I have a tab labeled 'art history', I will be adding to this throughout the evening so make sure to keep checking back for additions. All the best with the exam, it's all in there so trust yourselves to answer as best you can and show off the knowledge you have.
Have a good night's sleep and best of luck tomorrow....
Art Teaching Portfolio - Corinna Moore
I am an art and design teacher originally from Dublin and now residing in Cork. I studied sculpture at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and I have also completed a higher diploma in education at Crawford College of Art in Cork. I decided to put up this blog as a resource for others and as a way of organising my own art and teaching portfolio.

Projection in Art
'Box' by Bott and Dolly
Box explores the synthesis of real and digital space through projection-mapping onto moving surfaces. The short film documents a live performance, captured entirely in camera.

Looking at Colour
A
fleet of 300 illuminated origami boats in London's Canary Wharf
Installation "Voyage" is created by
Aether & Hemera who seeks to "research the aesthetic challenges of
light and its power to trigger emotions and response, creating a sense of
identity or setting a mood”.
This could be an interesting way to introduce colour theory to a class group. Arranging colour in a sculptural way could give a more physical and real understanding of colour to students.
